- Under the Chronic Disease Management Plan or Enhanced Primary Care Plan referred by your GP you can claim for up to 5 physiotherapy sessions annually.
- We are now able to claim your Medicare rebate directly from our management system. Once full payment is processed the invoice claim will be automatically sent to Medicare. Medicare will then process your rebate into your account or a cheque will be posted out to you.
- For medicare to automatically claim a rebate for a minor, some additional details are required to complete the transaction. We will need a parent’s or carer’s Medicare number, date of birth, address and bank details if not already sent to Medicare.
