We provide specialised speech therapy for people with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). These conditions can affect speech clarity, voice volume, language, thinking skills, and swallowing. Therapy is tailored to each person’s needs and focuses on maintaining independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life.
Intervention may include support for speech and voice changes, word-finding and comprehension difficulties, cognitive-communication skills, and safe eating and drinking. We also offer the LSVT LOUD® program, an evidence-based voice treatment designed to improve voice strength and clarity, particularly for people with Parkinson’s disease. Therapy is functional, person-centred, and can be delivered in clinic, at home, or in the community.

LSVT LOUD® Program
The LSVT LOUD® program is an evidence-based, intensive speech treatment designed primarily for people with Parkinson’s disease. The program focuses on increasing vocal loudness and improving speech clarity to support more effective communication in everyday life.
LSVT LOUD® involves 16 one-hour, one-on-one therapy sessions delivered over four weeks. Treatment helps individuals recalibrate their perception of how loud their voice needs to be, making it easier to speak clearly and be understood by others.
While LSVT LOUD® was developed for Parkinson’s disease, it may also benefit individuals with other neurological conditions, including stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Down syndrome.more enjoyable.
